Bill Bartlett was born into God's family through
the testimony and influence of the First Baptist
Church of Whitesville, WV, its pastor, and laymen
in that church, and his dad, who directed the
youth program of the church. As a teen, he was
called of God to preach the Word of God. He
received his training from Tennessee Temple
University in Chattanooga, TN, graduating in 1962.
Evangeline Faith Downer was also saved through
the dynamic youth ministry of the First Baptist
Church of Whitesville, WV.

Faith Bartlett hosted an annual Ladies Jubilee for twenty-nine (29) years at Mara-
natha Baptist Church and has been a sought-after ladies' conference speaker.
Through the years, her heart-warming, Scripture-filled lessons taught hundreds of
ladies to help their husbands establish their family as a Godly line. During our Godly
Line Family Conferences, she speaks to the ladies on Saturday and Sunday.

Bill and Faith were married on May 31,1959. They have served the Lord together for
over fifty (50) years. The Lord gave them four children. Their oldest son Kevan
serves as senior pastor of Maranatha Baptist Church. Their youngest son Kemp
served as pastor of Harmony Baptist Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee, until his
home going in 2002. Their daughter Kelly Charity is married to Pastor Tim Britton.
Tim serves as assistant pastor of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church of Charleston. Their
daughter Kimberly Hope is married to Evangelist Richard Harper. They serve with
Determined Ministries.

Church in Charleston, WV, on July 13, 2008. He and Faith had planted this church
thrity-nine (39) earlier.
